Find the session you want to repeat
Open the workout library from Calendar. Search saved workouts, filter by sport and use favorites or tags to narrow the list. Open a workout to inspect its structure, duration and available load estimates before scheduling it. An empty library is a starting point for Workout Planner, not a supplied collection of coached plans.
Keep reusable templates organized
Favorite frequently used sessions, assign tags and duplicate a workout before making a variation. Edit the structure in the visual builder. A saved library item represents the reusable prescription; a recording in Activity Library represents what happened. Deleting or editing a template should not be confused with deleting completed training.
Schedule, include in a week or export
Place a saved workout on a calendar date or add it to a week template. The scheduled version is a snapshot, preserving the plan you intended on that date. Export offers the formats supported by the sport and target model; device delivery additionally depends on a connected provider. Delivery and export lists those boundaries.
