Import a recording into your history
Open the user menu → Import and choose an activity file. Supported inputs include FIT, TCX, GPX and the application’s .eshealth health-data format, with a 64 MiB file limit. A GPX can carry a route without power or heart rate; importing it cannot recreate absent streams. The separate temporary FIT comparison does not save the file to history.
Follow the import outcome
After upload, processing can continue before all analysis is ready. Review the result and any error rather than uploading the same file repeatedly while it is still being processed. A failed or unsupported file needs correction or another supported source; Retry cannot invent missing measurements.
Export the format your target supports
Saved workouts offer FIT and, for eligible cycling power workouts, ZWO, MRC and ERG. FIT supports eligible cycling/running power, heart rate and pace targets. Other authored sports or target modes do not automatically become exportable.
The Workout Planner matrix explains sport and target restrictions. Exporting a file is not a guarantee that every device accepts it.
Keep export scopes distinct
User-owned data and workout export remain part of the stated access policy. Progress and activity comparison offer CSV for their displayed comparison evidence. A comparison CSV is not an archive of every original sensor sample. Do not infer a whole-account archive, route-planning product or bidirectional health sync from a single export action.
