Compare the amount you recorded
Open Dashboard → Training Volume. Switch weeks or months, choose a sport and select Duration, TRIMP or PSS. Duration is elapsed activity time; it is not the timer-only denominator used by power stress. Multiple activities contribute to the period containing their local start date. Sport filters let you inspect cycling or running without relabelling a mixed-sport total.
Use your own recent baseline
The chart and summary compare complete weeks with your usual range when enough complete history is available. The weekly baseline uses the eight immediately preceding complete weeks and their mean plus or minus one population standard deviation. The lower boundary cannot be negative. Monthly totals are a separate aggregation without this weekly classification. Read Usual Volume for the exact windows and a worked example.
Keep unfinished periods in context
The current week or month is partial until it ends. Its total can be displayed, but it is not classified as a finished above-usual or below-usual period. Missing TRIMP or PSS coverage also prevents an unsupported comparison. A genuine zero can remain zero; missing sensor data is not quietly converted into evidence of an easy week. Use Training Load to see the separate accumulation of daily heart-rate load.
