Mark a period that constrains training

In Calendar, add availability and choose dates and a reason such as travel, work, illness, injury, vacation or personal commitments. Full unavailability, no structured training and limited availability express different constraints. They add planning context without deleting the activity record.

Describe what is still possible

Limited availability must include at least one restriction: supported sports, maximum duration or maximum intensity. A 45-minute time limit can describe a busy day while retaining a permitted sport. Multiple overlapping restrictions are combined using the stricter applicable limits.

Make an explicit planning decision

Scheduling or applying a week can surface conflicts with availability. Review the restriction and the proposed plan before choosing the available resolution. An override is a conscious planning action; the restriction does not become a medical assessment or automatically rewrite every future workout.

Record when the restriction actually ends

Open the availability entry to edit its details or end it. Expected and actual end dates distinguish the original plan from what occurred. Earlier completed training remains part of history. Return to Calendar to review the remaining week.
