Historical Garmin activity import is temporarily unavailable. FIT activity upload and FIT or ZWO workout export remain available for manual transfer.

## After an activity arrives

EffortSignal keeps the original source visible, then uses only the evidence actually present in that recording.

### Keep the source

The provider or uploaded file stays attached to the activity, so imported data does not lose its provenance.

### Build available evidence

Power, heart rate, speed, cadence, elevation, intervals and load appear only when the recording supports them.

### Connect it to the week

The completed activity joins Calendar and the longer training-load history beside the workouts you planned.

## Why isn't another service listed?

EffortSignal lists an integration only after it is available in the production product. Provider adapters still being reviewed, configured, or tested are intentionally absent.
