# Useful Signals

Useful Signals surfaces a small number of meaningful changes found in the current training record. Each observation stays tied to recorded evidence and keeps its scope explicit.

## Small by design

The list prioritizes a few changes that deserve attention instead of filling the Dashboard with repeated summaries or generic encouragement.

## Grounded in the current record

A signal names the metric and time window behind it. It does not manufacture an observation when source coverage or calculation evidence is missing.

## No diagnostic leap

Signals describe what changed; they do not diagnose illness, predict injury or prescribe training from evidence the product does not have.

## Inspect the source

Open the related activity or trend when a short observation needs sensor streams, intervals, zones, terrain or longer-term context.

## See the surrounding trend

Training Volume keeps the selected metric, sport, time scale and usual range explicit around any recent change.

## Inspect the underlying activity

Activity Analysis exposes the recording and its available sensor, interval and terrain evidence.
