Open the dated workout from Calendar. Review suggested recordings, including their local date, sport, duration and load difference, then confirm Match for the right activity. Suggestions are not automatic confirmation. A library template alone has no completed execution; the comparison belongs to the dated snapshot. You can review or change the match when the wrong recording was chosen.

The basic summary compares planned and completed totals. Detailed performance evaluation is a separate Pro capability: after a match, analysis can show processing before supported step-level evidence is ready. Inspect in-target percentage, evaluated duration, data coverage and alignment, then open Step details to review the expanded prescription. The demonstrated power session uses start-aligned timer time: it reports 59% in target over 65 evaluated minutes with 100% data coverage. That is different from the basic comparison of 65 planned versus 70 recorded minutes. Start alignment does not prove an automatic search for where every work block began.

Check the target and the recording

Detailed evaluation depends on a supported sport/target combination and usable streams. Missing power, heart rate or pace can prevent a meaningful step assessment. Unsupported or failed analysis is not a failed workout. Retry is appropriate for a reported processing failure after the underlying issue is resolved; it cannot supply a sensor that was never recorded. Planned heart-rate load is an estimate and differs from measured [TRIMP](/learn/trimp/); read [Planned Load](/learn/planned-load/).
