Connect the direction you need

Open Account settings → Integrations and inspect a provider before connecting. Provider directions and current limitations are listed in Facts and access above. The provider authorization controls granted access; an account connection does not guarantee every device field or sport-specific chart.

Send supported structured workouts

Garmin and Wahoo delivery supports cycling power/heart-rate workouts and running pace/power/heart-rate workouts when the connection, permissions and target conversion are valid. Wahoo delivery requires a scheduled workout; adding a library template or applying a week is not itself a device send. A supported library delivery can be used with Garmin. See [Workout Planner delivery](/features/workout-planner/#delivery) for export alternatives.

Distinguish connection, processing and delivery

Provider details show the available connection and sync status. Reconnect when authorization is required; retry an incomplete operation where the interface offers it. Accepted delivery to a provider is not proof that a particular watch has downloaded the workout. Check the supported sport, target and device compatibility before relying on delivery.

Use manual transfer during a provider limitation

The current provider limitation is listed in Facts and access above. A current connection and a historical backfill are separate capabilities. Check the provider detail before requesting older data. Use [Import and Export](/features/import-export/) for supported manual file transfer; file transfer preserves only the data actually present in the file.
