## Who publishes the explanations

**EffortSignal Editorial Team** is the organizational byline for the people who maintain EffortSignal product and reference content. It does not imply review by a physician, a certified coach or an independent third party.

## What we check

Before an explanation is published or materially updated, the team checks it against the current product behavior and the named EffortSignal release. Formulas, units, date boundaries, missing-data rules and worked examples are stated when they are necessary to understand a result.

External research is linked when it provides useful background. Product-specific thresholds, labels and implementation rules are identified as EffortSignal behavior rather than attributed to a background source.

## How we handle limitations

The documentation separates recorded facts, calculated values and product interpretations. Missing or unsupported inputs remain explicit. Training load, recovery, readiness and performance outputs are not presented as diagnoses, treatment advice or guarantees about health, injury or future performance.

Comparison pages distinguish verified product behavior from details that were not confirmed. We do not add ratings, testimonials, qualifications or review claims that cannot be supported by public evidence.

## Updates and corrections

Learn pages show a reviewed date, and their structured data identifies the publication and modification dates. When product behavior changes, the relevant explanation, limitations and examples should be reviewed together. Corrections update the same canonical page instead of creating a competing copy.
